Job Description
You will be an integral member of our IT team that develop & support in-house web & mobile applications, involve in requirements gathering, testing and deployment aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Conduct requirement gathering with users.
• Review and refine user requirements documentation on the new functions and/or enhancement on existing functions in the e-Commerce application.
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
• Participate in testing and verification of application enhancement in both frontend and backend.
• Provide support on the enhancement deployment and related activities.
• Provide technical support to users to troubleshoot issues pertaining to e-Commerce application. In the process of troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance for apps/web.
• Perform technical research on both mobile/web to recommend continuous improvement to the platform and e-Commerce site.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in design and development of Android and/or iOS Applications or for Web developer, PHP and MYSQL.
• Strong Experience in Mobile / Web Application Development Life Cycle
• Experience in building and supporting m-commerce or e-commerce application.
• Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, PHP, Java & SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge on payment gateway integration will also be an added advantage.
• Experience using social media and others APIS will be an added advantage.
• Good service oriented mind set with a strong focus on clients approach and committed to exceed clients expectations.
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in USJ, Selangor.
